Property Managment
At Homes Care Marbella we offer a complete property management service, giving you the peace of mind that your property is in good hands, being looked after in your absence and knowing that you have a trusted person to contact for any queries or needs during your stay. We offer a service of weekly or biweekly property reviews. Our management includes taking care of routine maintenance, cleaning and laundry, ongoing repairs, visits to the property, checking the mailbox, as well as turning off the supplies when a property is empty and reactivating them before arrival.
When we visit your property, we check that everything is clean and airy, we check the gas, electricity, appliances, light bulbs, etc. to ensure that your home is in perfect condition. Review books are maintained at each property and we can submit monthly reports if necessary.
